Shipping and Returns

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all garment tags and hygiene liners securely attached. Pieces must not have been worn, washed, marked, damaged or altered.

 

Rashi World reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our return policy conditions. Any unauthorised or non-compliant returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

 

Returns must be received within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Items received outside this window cannot be accepted.

 

Return shipping fees vary by country. Please note that we do not supply return shipping labels. Any original shipping charges, return costs, duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

 

Rashi World is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for your protection.

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Customers who refuse delivery of their shipment are responsible for all associated shipping charges, duties, taxes and return freight costs. These amounts will be deducted from the refund.
